Payment Options
If you want to book your trip, we provide several trusted payment methods that we use for national and international payments. You can choose according to your preference.
HOW TO PAY?
- Once you confirm your booking, we request a non-refundable booking deposit of 30% per person to secure trekking tickets to Rinjani or Tambora, pick-up service, and accommodation.
- You can make your deposit payment via international bank transfer, TransferWise, or Revolut. You can make the final payment at our office using a card or cash, or you can settle the remaining payment by transferring the day before your arrival in Lombok.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, you must pay 50% of the total trek price fee.
For the climbers’ safety, the guide is entitled to alter the climb’s route or duration based on field conditions.
No part of the fee is refundable once the hike has started.
